- 20 homes sold out of the 79 homes that were put on the market during 2011.

- The 20 homes that sold averaged 202 cumulative days on the market.

- The 20 homes that sold saw the lowest sale price of $260,000, and the highest home sold for $610,000.

- The average sale price of the 20 homes = $477,975
