Easy way to tell if you are being scammed on rentals or home sales.

Usually when there is a rental or home sale scam on Craig's List, you will get an email stating that the person is out of the country and you will be asked to provide personal information and email it back.

Sometimes you are given a contact number.  I recently called a number in what I thought was a suspicious ad.  The man answered and I asked him, "Where exactly is this home you have listed for rent?"  He told me, "All the informaiton you need to  know is in the email." I told him I tried to map it out and couldn't locate it and again asked him where it was.  He hung up and when I tried to call back, the "MAGIC JACK" number was unavailable.  Whenever in doubt, do your homework first :-)

Happy house hunting!

How ever, the initial plan was to sale out the apt.which I tried, but some times the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website, that is the old advert. because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money , but want it to be clean and for you to take of it as if it were yours The rent is $900 and $600 for Security Deposit For this 3BR/2Bath/1800 sqft.
