First Time Home Buyer Assistance

Many first time home buyers aren't aware of programs available to help them out.  Often times a first time buyer is eligible for down payment assistance, reduced interest rates or a combination of both.  A great resource to start with is the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency at http://www.mnhousing.gov/.
