Forbes rates Mpls/St. Paul #4 - America's Best Housing Markets

Forbes named Mpls/St. Paul as one of America's Best Housing markets. Forbes ranked the top 10 markets by One Year Price Forecast: -0.01, Housing Opportunity Index: 84.9 and the Percentage of Housing Units in Foreclosure: 2.2.

So we actually have one of the healthiest markets in the country confirming my personal belief that we have reached the bottom and we are on the rise in activity, value and the current foreclosure statistics are much better here than in most markets.
