Have your home inspected before it is 10 years old....

Builders are liable for the structure and framework of a home until it is 10 years old.  I advised a client with a stucco home to do that and the inspector found moisture.  They were able to take the builder to court and replace their stucco with brick (they had to pay for the upgrade to brick).  Do this even on a house with wood siding - they have moisture too.  It just doesn't show up as quickly.
