Minneapolis Ranks In The Top 7 Metros For Median Home Price Increase

Realtors, home buyers and hopefully home sellers, that have truly been paying attention to the head-spinning turn around of the local housing market, got a factual nod today as to what is happening. Ranked only 7th in the top 7 list, published by The National Association of Realtors, the 7% increase in median price, year over year 2011-2012 is nearly monumental, and should be a wake-up, that a rare opportunity is at hand to buy and or sell, at the same time interest rates are the lowest in 60 odd years.
