Mortgage Fraud

Today approximately 700 realtors and appraisers attended a program sponsored by the Minnesota Association of Realtors on the topic of Mortgage Fraud. Four FBI  Agents and an attorney with Hennepin County were the featured speakers. Minneapolis area is considered among the top 5 hottest metropolitan communiites for mortgage fraud. We were provided with direct contact information for reporting suspicious activity.  Realtors, mortgage bankers, appraisers, and title company closers are being recruited to alert investigators. Real estate predators beware!
