Radon: Your Home Has It

Now that our real estate market has paused a bit, it is the perfect time to assess your home's radon level.  This is especially true if you are planning to remain in your current residence several more years or not intending to relocate to a home that has been point of sale assessed for radon content.  Remember, every home has radon and no level is considered safe by the EPA or American Lung Association.  Each individual homeowner must determine what level is acceptable for their family.  Even renters need to consider this issue.  Here is a helpful link to get you thinking:
