Rehab grants available for homebuyers in Minneapolis


If you are purchasing a home in the City of Minneapolis or live in the City of Minneapolis and your home has deffered maintenance, The City of Minneapolis offers Rehab funds to those who qualify.

One of the programs is called: HIP: Homebuyer initiative program.
It is 2 grants, one to help homebuyers purchase a home and the second grant is to provide rehab funds for the homebuyer.

The rehab is primary for deffered maintenance as well as code violation and safety issues in the home.
The program is designed to help low to moderate income families.
