Roseville Market

Just a quick note to say that I had an open house last Sunday for a new listing by Midland Hills CC. I had over 40 groups come to the house and 3 interested buyers which RESULTed in a sale. The market there is really active. I guess to summerize I think the buyers are comfortable again and can see that rates and prices are creating a perfect storm!
