Time is ticking for the $8000

Calling ALL first time home buyers....You REALLY need to get going.  You will need to get into a purchase agreement by the end of the month to ensure that you will be closing in time for the Tax Credit.  The end is near-the deadline is November 30th of this year and we have a major holiday towards the deadline and banks do not work on those holidays.  To ensure a smooth closing and to ensure there are no problems with receiving the Tax Credit, please plan ahead.
