Twin Cities Poised for an Economic Recovery?

Yes, according to an article in Forbes.com.  Job growth may be poised to recovery and real estate appears to be stabilizing.  Forbes based its list on an analysis of the 40 largest metropolitan areas.  More evidence that, while challenges remain, times are indeed getting a bit better!
