The internet has revolutionized the way Buyers Search for Homes. We should consider nearly every showing of your home to be precious. Many showings should be considered to be Second Showings even thought the buyer has never previously been to your home. Why?

Your Home's First Showing takes place Online and you can't even clean the house before the showing! This is all a postive change for our industry, in my opinion. Buyers are screening homes online and are viewing fewer and fewer homes before making a decision to purchase. Sellers who realize that nearly every shwoing is a Second showing can prepare accordingly and strive to make sure all requested showings are accommodated.
