Cobblestone Lake is a residential development in the southeast corner of Apple Valley that recreates the neighborhood feel of yesteryear. Cobblestone Lake itself, a 36-acre gravel pit turned recreational lake, is the centerpiece of the neighborhood with its fishable shoreline and pier, and is regularly stocked with fish. With convenient access to freeways, Cobblestone Lake offers a thirty-minute commute to either Downtown.
