When the development was first designed; the idea was to create a special community that is located around a Lake, Cobblestone Lake, with residential district and a business district. Residents would be able to go for walk, recreational activities, various exclusive amenities such as community pool and Park, and various shopping.

Cobblestone Lake is a special development. The homes are beautifully located around the Lake. There are many colors and styles of homes. It is located in the heart of Apple Valley.

Since its creation, new Super Target is now situated next to the Cobblestone development

The super Target is walking distance. In addition Wells Fargo bank branch was opened and a few small businesses were added.  Currently additional construction is in process.  With time, additional residential and businesses will be added.
