Buying a home may be cheaper than rent!

Rent VS. Buy?  ....Good Question.  Acording to a recent study buying may be less expensive than renting in 72% of the major cities in the nation, Minneapolis included!  I have to agree with this based on my experience.  Recently I was showing houses in the Big Lake, Champlin and Brooklyn Park areas, I was surprised with the value/condition of some of the houses.  All of the homes that I showed were cheaper to own than renting!  Interest rates are still great and so are the house prices!  For more detail, the study can be found at Trulia.
