Springtime Is A Great Time For Home Buyers

Brooklyn Park is becoming more of a destination for home buyers than in the past. Home prices are starting to stabilize, new construction is continuing and the city is committed to putting money back into the area. Brooklyn Park is already a central location, and with work on the Hwy 169/85th intersection nearing completion, Brooklyn Park will be that much easier to access. New restaurants, trail systems and the Target North campus headquarters are all great additions to Brooklyn Park and the future continues to look positive.

Brooklyn Park, located near the cities of Plymouth MN, Champlin MN and Minneapolis offers its residents a thriving city, yet still maintains the quite and peace of mind of a place you want to call home. The parks and recreation host many community events throughout the year in addition to classes and sports for all ages. City wide events such as the farmers market, Tater Daze and National Night Out provide ways to build strong neighborhoods.

Northern Brooklyn Park, the area located north of Hwy. 610, offers some of the best real estate in the area. Located close to businesses, shops and schools, northern Brooklyn Park is an ideal community to live in.
