Lockheed Martin Site Considered for New Retail Space in Eagan.

A Minneapolis developer is hoping to turn the current Lockheed Martin site (located at the intersection of Pilot Knob & Yankee Doodle roads) into retail space with a portion of the area designated for office space. The plan is to have a trade area with retailers that are new to the market as well as several free-standing restaurants. The developer purchased the property in April, and Lockheed Martin will continue occupying the space until the spring of 2013.
