Maple Grove is a bustling northwestern suburb of Minneapolis with approximately 50,000 residents. The city has seen rapid growth in the past several years and has responded with the new Maple Grove Hospital, Maple Grove Library and the expansive shopping center, Shops at Arbor Lakes, a collection of high-end restaurant and apparel chain stores. Maple Grove is also careful to protect park land as seen by its several preserves, which include Fish Lake Park Preserve and Elm Creek Park Preserve. Depending on where they live within Maple Grove, the city’s students attend school in either the Osseo or Wayzata school district.
