39th Annual Folkways of the Holidays

At The Landing located in Shakopee, MN, you can step back in time and see what life was like for people who lived in the Minnesota River Valley 150 years go. The authentic buildings and costumed people help recreate the lives and holiday traditions of the 19th-century Minnesotans.

At your own pace you can tour each home and building with culturally distinct decorations and crafts. The costumed interpreters are glad to invite you in and share their wealth of knowledge. Other attractions include folk art performances and trolleys pulled by Percheron horses.

Saturdays 10 AM-4 PM (December 3-17)
Sundays 11 AM-4 PM (December 4-18)
