Hennepin County is helping home buyers through the NSP2 Homebuyer Assitance Program. It provides financial assistance to income qualified households to assist buyers with the purchase of vacant and/or foreclosed properties in target areas. These target areas are specific census tracts located within the cities of Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Champlin, Maple Grove and Rogers/Hassan Township. (see attached flyer for qualifications and locations).
