The Preserve at Nottingham is one of many “Nottingham” neighborhoods in southwestern Maple Grove. The sidewalk-friendly community is located on the east side of Lawndale at 73 ^rd Avenue N. and features ponds, woods, cul de sac streets and access to paths, parks and other nearby neighborhoods. Home prices are in the upper $400’s and up. This neighborhood is part of the Osseo School District #279.
