Annual City of the Lakes Loppet

Looking for a way to enjoy the winter weather? The annual City of Lakes Loppet is almost here! It is the weekend of Feb 4-5. This fun event is a festival of cross-country skiing on the trails and lakes of the Twin Cities. This is a great festival because of the wide variety of activities for the entire family to do, including a snow sculpture contest, an ice-cycle loppet, evening luminaries to explore, a tent party and so much more! Bundle up your family, pack a huge thermos of hot chocolate and make your way over to this winter festival.
