Rochester is the third largest city in Minnesota outside the Twin Cities area and is located about an hour and a half south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. This “All American City” developed as a stage coach stop between Dubuque, IA and St. Paul, but by the turn of the century, its claim to fame was well underway.
