Real Estate Market conditions improve in Rochester MN

Rochester MN housing market posted continued positive sales numbers according to data from Southeast MN Association of Realtors as you may have seen in the Postbuletin article last night. Also of significance is the "hurdle rate" that has reached the point where the benifits of buyer have started to excede the benefits of renting when it comes to building equity - not just cost of living.
