FHA/DVA Won't Finance A Home With Problems Like These...

The house in this video is:

1. Missing Carpet

2. Has ripped kitchen flooring and stained carpet

3. Water damage and mold

Thats not going to work for a regular FHA and DVA loan. Check out the video to see the problems.
