New figures are in for the area median income of the region, therefore the City of Woodbury HRA has adjusted its income limits on our loan programs accordingly. The limits are up slightly from what we’ve seen previously. The program guidelines for both the Woodbury Foreclosure Purchase Program and the Woodbury First-Time Homeownership Program are attached.
