Have had multiple showings have reduced price once well below competition. No negative feedback, but no offers thus far. Any ideas?

I was posed a question by someone online that had their home listed and had quite a few showings and priced below the competition. I thought it might be summed up in a few words... Location, Location, Location. That is a huge part of selling a home. Could it could be the school district you’re in or not? Are you outside of the preferred zoning for schools in the area? Are you on a busy road? If that's not it, it could be price which you seem to be addressing. Another item that might be a deterrent is the condition of the home or the lack of updates when compared your competition. I would recommend that you and your agent schedule some showings and see what the competition has that you don't. Knowing your competition has is a huge part of how to price and market your home appropriately. I think that a home tour is in your near future! Good luck!!
