We first started working with Amy 3 years ago when we started the search for our first home.  we weren't very serious but just asked Amy to call us when she found something she thought we'd like.  Our home was the second one we looked at.  We were in multiple offers when we put our offer in.  Amy used a unique technique to get us the home for less than the other offers.

The second property we purchased through Amy was a property that wasn't even on the market!  We told Amy what we were thinking we wanted and with in 6 months Amy called and told us of a property that wasn't listed but the seller was going to sell. It was actually the perfect location for us!
