I’m a native Minnesotan and love it here. My professional background starts with a degree in entrepreneurship from the U of MN’s Carlson School of Management. From there I entered the mortgage finance field and spent seven successful years being promoted from entry level to regional management. My mortgage background has proven invaluable to real estate clients who appreciate the high level of expertise on all financial aspects of real estate.
Today and for the past five years, I work solely on real estate sales (more than) full time. I’m proud to be among the top producers at Remax Results, the leading brokerage in the country when it comes to productivity per agent. So I’m in touch with, but also a part of, the pulse of the Twin Cities real estate market.

My Real Estate Journey began after deciding to expand my successful closing career into becoming a Realtor. My passion is and always has been working with people. For the past 7 years I have been in the Title/Closing Business, Closing Purchase & Refinance loans, Managing & Marketing for a nationwide closing company, and building a network of qualified notaries to perform Mobile refinance closings. I also performed the closings by meeting with clients in their home or office to review and notarize their Refinance documents.
As the market has changed I thought it was the right time for me to get my Real Estate License, something I had thought about getting for a long time. My name is Kathy White, I am the Office Manager here at RE/MAX Results in Wayzata. My staff and I are the “gatekeepers” for your home while it is on the market. We coordinate showing appointments, and ensure up to date and accurate information online in the multiple listing service. We also process sales files and serve as liaison to third party vendors such as sign installers and appraisers.
