I hold a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Graduate School of Public Administration and Management, Hamline University.  I graduated in May 2004.  Additionally, I hold a Masters in Public Accounting with a major in Finance from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon; which I finished on September 1999 and presented thesis on May 29th, 2000.  All of this in addition to a Public Acountant and Auditor from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon which was finished in December 1996. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
