In todays market price and marketing are the key to successfully selling your home.  Every property will sell if it is priced correctly.  Your agent should provide you with a good CMA to determine the best price to list your home at.  Remember, the first 4 weeks are the most important weeks of all so do not price it high and decide to reduce the price later - you will miss the large wave of possible buyers.  Marketing your home is also an important step.  Please refer to the video for some important marketing tips.
