  • Create marketing calendars

  • Create and deliver brochures, lockboxes
  • Thank you letter to clients
  • Order just listed cards
  • Order signage
  • Add client to database
  • Other marketing per request (Listingbook,, Craigslist)
  • Listings sent to buyers via email
Sale Coordination:
  • Oversee scheduling of inspection, appraisal, final walk-thru, closing date
  • Provide follow up with lender and title company
  • Add client to database(s)
  • Purchase closing gift and deliver to agent
  • Thank you to clients
  • Order "Just Sold" cards
  • Order sign removal
Other Services:
  • Manage contact database
  • File and database maintenance and organization utilizing Dropbox and Evernote
  • Lead management for Buyers Agents
  • Listing sent to Buyers via email
  • Mailings - stuff, stamp, seal, send
  • Draft correspondence
  • Birthday/Anniversary cards
  • Errands - printer, copies, brochure delivery
  • Organizational system(s) implementation and maintenance (i.e. update sales/goal boards)
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

You will be at a distinct advantage in this position if you are a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota. Strong writing skills, a cheerful disposition and a focus on excellent customer service are a must. Please be familiar and comfortable with social media networking. Your strong writing skills will be utilized for professional blogging. Know that you are a critical part of the team's success.

Regional Manager

As RE/MAX Results continues to grow, we are looking to add Regional Managers to lead and motivate our well-established sales associates and teams. The right candidates must have a Minnesota Broker’s license and at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales. (A Wisconsin license is a plus.) Candidates must also have in-depth knowledge of Minnesota contracts and transaction management.

Regional Managers Duties:

At RE/MAX Results, Regional Managers are responsible for prospecting and recruiting, coaching, providing sales management support, and growing agent productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading real estate agents and will also possess strong technology and problem-solving skills.
