I also have the CDPE designation which allows me to assist buyers and sellers through the complicated world of Shortsale and Foreclosure properties. I have been trained to assist homeowners know what options are available to them as they face foreclosure and there are ALOT of options. I also hold a SFR Designation which is recognized by the National Association of Realtor. This designation furthers my shortsale knowledge and Foreclosure prevention.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I am very proud to have achieved this designation and my ability to offer the extra experience and education I attained in the process to my clients. Less than 3% of the licensed REALTORS nationwide have achieved this accomplishment!
In addition, I have been named a "Super Real Estate Agent" for four years running by my clients and peers as published in both Mpls St Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly. This honor is shared by less than 2% of Minnesota's Licensed REALTORS®! I also am a continuing member of the awesome Miracle Homes Program through Children's Miracle Network (CMN). What this means is that I donate a portion of my commission from each transaction to CMN, which goes directly to Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul.
