Now That Easter is Over, What Happens?

With Easter coming later this season it really seemed like Spring was on delay.  The weather has not been good in Minnesota other then for a few short days.  However, the Real Estate Market has been warming up for the past couple months. So what happens now?

I think the Minnesota Real Estate market will stay hot for at least the month of May!  There are buyers looking to buy but not homes out there that fit them.  Or there are homes that fit there needs but they sell before they can get out to see them.  More buyers come into the market each day making it a fairly hot market.  Buyers still want to beat of the sellers a bit.  The price is normally the price if the home is priced right, its just that buyers and especially the ones buying a home from a regular owner really want the home to be perfect.

If your selling your home or waiting to buy don't expect the market to be different then the last couple of months in May!
