Spring Market Heating Up In Minnesota

We are currently seeing great action in the Spring Real Estate Market so far in the Northwest Suburbs of Minnesota.  Homes seem to be flying off the market especially in the price range of $150,000 and under which is normally the investor and first time buyer price range.

The current prices and interest rates make it an ideal time to buy your first home or buy an investment property.  For investors there are areas that are in need of rental houses.  

The homes that are priced low and look good will get multiple offers so you have to be on your toes and ready to get out there and make an offer if you are serious about buying.  Investors can defer for the homes that need more elbow grease but at the right price make a good investment.
