My wife and I hired Dave to help us buy our first home. We were unsure of what exactly to expect and Dave did an excellent job of making sure we were tlways in "the know" on what happens during each phase of the sale process. He helped to make the process incredibly smooth and went to bat for us during a hang-up on the sale end (window treatments were supposed to be included in the sale price of the home; when we arrived to take possesion they had been removed and Dave resolved the issue immediately). We also got great advice from him in regards to financing. We had originally decided to use a friend's broker and were not having good luck with him. Dave arranged for us to meet a colleague of his for financing and she was excellent too. Dave was thorough and concise, has excellent advice and really made the process fun and easy-going.
