New refinancing rules

Have you heard?  Homeowners who are "underwater" on their mortgages may be able to refinance their Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac backed loan.  The goverment is enhancing it's Home Affordable Refinance Program so that borrowers can refinance regardless of how far their home value has fallen!  As always, please contact me with questions.
