I was born to be a Realtor. From the time I was a little girl, I always made my mom take me to open houses in the Twin Cities. My mom thought I was very observent. I also ran my own little business out of my playhouse, complete with "contracts" and "billing", "negotiating" and "strategizing"...conveniently all of the things I do in my business today.
The first 5 years of my life was spent on 45th and Dupont Avenue South in the East Harriet neighborhood of Minneapolis. When my family moved out to the suburbs, I always dreamed of coming back. Now I live only blocks away from my childhood home and I get to enjoy all of the wonderful delights I was able to as a child: the rose garden at Lake Harriet, bike trails, neighborhood coffee shops, the sledding hill at Lyndale Farmstead, the farmer's market, neighborhood restaurants and convenience stores. I enjoy Minneapolis so much.
I graduated from Minnehaha Academy in 1995 and went on to study at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After that, I moved out to San Diego and began my real estate career. The midwestern people brought me back to Minneapolis and I am so proud to call it home.
