This market is boomin' right now-- sellers are serious about selling, so they are pricing their homes aggressively (in order to compete with foreclosures) and fixing them up before putting their homes on the market.  You can still buy a home with only 3.5% down-payment with an FHA mortgage. 

If you are a first-time homebuyer, take advantage of the $8,000 homebuyer tax credit only available until the end of November!

It's a FABULOUS time to be a buyer.  I don't want you to look back (a year from now) and say "I wish I would have bought last year".
