Foxberry Farms is a neighborhood in Medina, MN consisting of approximately 150 homes when you include the homes in Regency Estates which adjoins Foxberry to the northwest part of the neighborhood. Foxberry Farms offers a wonderful neighborhood setting in the countryside.

Highlights include large homes and lots. Most homes range in size from about 3500 finished square feet for a few over 6000. Lot sizes range from a ½ acre to an acre. Price ranges are from $500,000 to $800,000. The neighborhood was built by Lundgren Brothers (now owned by Lennar). Most of the homes were built between 1995-2001. A unique feature of the homes is they are staggered so no one home is looking directly in to the neighbors either across the street or in the backyard. There is a now a beautiful paved path along the west side of County Road 116 that goes from Highway 55 to County Road 47 (Hackamore). The neighborhood also features several ponds, beautiful trees and it also has a kids park and tennis courts.
