Faith In Action provides public transportations services for Otsego residents. These services can only be offered when scheduled after an initial visit has been arranged and completed.

The Otsego City Council is responsible for the budgetary, and legislative oversight for all city operations. The council is made up of the Mayor and four additional council members. Council meetings are public, and are held every second and fourth Monday of each month.
