Taylors Falls, named for pioneer Jesse Taylor, was incorporated in 1858. The beautiful area was first utilized in the lumber trade, and was the Northern white pine capital of the world at one point. The city maintains its’ small town feel to this day, and is currently home to around 1,000 residents.
