Gary Bennett

A one year sabbatical from my first career as a high school German teacher led me to real estate sales.  Design, architecture and homes have always been among my favorite hobbies.  Over the years, I renovated and restored numerous properties, which having summers "free", was something I could accomplish.  Needing some paid employment during the year away from the classroom, obtaining my Realtor license seemed a natural extension of all I had learned from buying, selling and renovating my own homes.  Needless to say, the sabbatical became permanent!  I miss the classroom and the art of teaching, but still get to bring many of those skills to this profession, whether it is with a first time home buyer or a seasoned home owner.
