Hiring On the Way?

Economists have been saying since the start of the Great Recession, any recovery in housing must go hand-in-hand with a recovery in jobs.  The one-step-forward-one-step-back recovery may be poised to take two steps forward:  The NABE (National Association for Business Economics) survey of employers released this morning showed that 42% expect to hire in the next six months.  This is a twelve year high and another strong factor that will aid in bringing stability to the housing market. Great challanges remain in housing, but this news brings needed optimism.
