Boom Island Village, Northeast Minneapolis
You've probably never heard of Boom Island Village, it's a very well kept secret! This small, vibrant neighborhood is located in Northeast Minneapolis bordered by Nicollet Island, NE Arts District & Mississippi Riverfront. Area destinations include Northeast's iconic Elsie's , Pyscho Suzi's Motor Lounge and the neighborhood is literally just steps from Boom Island Park where you can enjoy river view or a Mississippi River Cruise.
The forty or so single family homes in this neighborhood were built in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Traffic levels are low with only one entrance into and out of the neighborhood.
