Real Estate Market Update - Good news!

Are we finally approaching a balanced market? Recent statistics from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors may indicate just that. Seller activity remains below 2010 levels and buyer activity is on the rise in line with historic norms. We have seen the largest year over year increase in pending sales since late November, 2008 - greater even than any single week during the tax credit time periods in 2009 and 2010.
