I have lived in the twin cities metro area for 30+ years. I am very familiar with most St. Paul and Minneapolis neighborhoods and have a passion for older homes and urban living. Growing up, my parents gave me an appreciation for historic homes; they always had homes filled with hardwood floors, natural woodwork and leaded glass details typical of homes from the turn of the last century. I am fascinated by these homes and enjoy dedicating my time to their restoration and care.
Prior to selling real estate, I worked as a restaurant manager for a classic St. Paul greasy spoon. While I loved the customers and the fast-pace environment, my passion for real estate was unremitting. Shortly thereafter, and in the pursuit of passion, I accepted a position with a successful St. Paul Realtor where I was able to learn the ins and outs and the process from an industry leader. This experience gave me a true competitive advantage—one I love passing on to the buyers and investors I represent.
Since then, I have continued to work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for both real estate and for guiding people through this important, yet complicated process. My background as a rehabber not only reflects the manner in which I show and sell homes, but it proves advantageous when evaluating each home with my buyers. I am able to speak to the home’s integrity and future longevity while simultaneously considering improvements that will net the best return when it comes time to sell.
