We take the time to look at all criteria regarding the tenant empowering you the owner to make an informed decision. We check current job employment, to ensure that rent and utilities can be paid. We verify employment, income and rental history through the leading background & credit check company.
- We meet prospective tenants and conduct showings of your property.
- We negotiate and create the lease, our leases are landlord friendly and thorough. We regularly review and update the lease by our law firm to protect your interests as a property owner.
Rental Management:
- We manage the relationship and communication with the tenant.
- Collection of Rent (electronic dispersement of monthly rent available)
- During move-ins and move-outs, we inspect the property, review documentation checklists, and prepare reports of the property condition. We handle the complete turnover process in a streamlined and professional manner.
