We verify employment, income and rental history through the leading background & credit check company.
- We meet prospective tenants and conduct showings of your property.
- We negotiate and create the lease, our leases are landlord friendly and thorough. We regularly review and update the lease by our law firm to protect your interests as a property owner.
Rental Management:
- We manage the relationship and communication with the tenant.
- Collection of Rent (electronic dispersement of monthly rent available)
