There is talk everyday about whether the market is good or the market is bad.  The best time for you to make a move is when the time is right for you.  If you are ready to move and buy today, start the process today.  Find out what the market will give you for your property and then find out what you can buy with a payment that fits your comfort level.   If next month or the end of the summer is better for you, wait until the time is right.  Remember that what is most important is that at the end of the day you are comfortable with where you go home to.  Just make sure you are moving when you want to.  Don't try to outguess the market.  If you are ready today though, you don't need to wait.  Rates are good , the are good values on homes and there is wuite a selection with more coming on each day.
